Zomato — about my termination

Respected sir/madam
I have worked for zomato. I don't know the exact date of termination. On that day when iam in online and doing my duty (Orders). One of the customer placed incorrect address and called me and told come to another address. I told to the customer that the address which you provided me zomato i can come because company gives me only 25 rupees and i explained my problem to the customer. Then i raised an issue from my runner partner app. And then i went to the location which customer provided me in runner partner app. Then i call the call support from my runner partner app then i explained my problem that iam in customer location but the customer is telling that come to another location. Then our zomato customer executive told me that please wait in location and the customer is in line to talk with the customer explained my problem. Customer told to cancel the order. Call support cancelled the order and then i returned to home for lunch. After my lunch i again login the runner partner app but the iam not logging in and showing that user not authorized. I used to login for many times but the problem is same (User not authorized. Then i reached our city zomato office and explained my problem. They told that you are terminated by delhi zomato head office. I asked to the manager what the problem. They checked my data and said you have cancelled 6 orders in a week so that you are terminated. I told to the manager that sir it was not problem that the orders are cancelled by zomato support only because customers incorrect address and not responding the call for many times and the customer is not reachable. I told to the manager what is the solution to log in to my account again. They told that wait for 3 days i have mailed for head office and then we see what the problem is???
From that day iam used to log in and it is showing that user not authorized. After 3 days i went to the office and asked to the manager about my problem they said that there is no reply from head office when the reply comes we ourself call you to the office that said. From that day there is no response from office and call support.
Iam from a poor family. Before i joined the zomato iam working in a function hall as a in charge. Because of my family personal problems i stopped my studies and working for my family.
