Zomato — account blocked due to suspicious activity | |||
I ordered food from zomato and as i am capsicum allergic i instructed not to add capsicum but they did not notice my instruction whatsoever and delivered food with lots of capsicum for yhr last 2 or 3 times... I requested them to deliver my correct food or refund for the same.. They send zomato credits in my account and next morning when i tried to order food my account was blocked due to suspecious activity.. I also mail zomato regarding this but they are not replying anything just saying wr can not unblock it from our side and due to suspecious activity it has been blocked... I have ₹300 worth of zomaro credits in my account... Help me on this... Was this information helpful? | |||
