Zomato — account blocked for placing online orders | |
I have been a loyal customer to zomato for years and usually place multiple orders in a day. Some of them got cancelled for various reasons and their system detected it as a suspicious behaviour, i don't know why. And my account got blocked from then and couldn't place orders. Today I ordered an OTC Pizza and chowmein from Hungry Bites. But the pizza was very bad and topping was overcooked.I did not enjoyed it at all.I am upset with the kind of service. I had payed money for this and it is just wasted. I deserve something to compensate for this. Hoping for a good response from you people... thanks!!
