[Resolved] Zomato — account debited but order never received | |||||
I placed an order through ZOMATO on Dec 17 for Rs. 238 (Bikanervala, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi) which I never received. After making online payment, the transaction failed and my account was debited by Rs 238 from zomato.com After my account was debited, I never received my order number and other details. And no Tracking and delivery details. You have charged my card for Rs 238 and you are responsible for this fraud. Kindly put my money back into my card or else I go to Consumer Forum with a complaint for Online Fraud Here are the proof of charges: MSG: This OTP is to be used for the online purchase at HTTP WWW ZOMATO COM on your Standard Chartered Bank card ending with 7198, as requested on 17/12/2018, at 06:35 PM IST and it is valid till 06:43 PM IST. MSG: Alerts December 17, 2018, 06:40 PM Dear Valued Customer, Banking Transaction Your a/c XX0102 is debited on 17/12/2018 by INR 238.00 towards Purchase. Was this information helpful? | |||||
