Zomato — took money, didn't deliver, food, no refund no response to service requests

I had ordered food from Zomato via order ID [protected] on 13 June 2016. I paid money (854.61) in advance via credit card. After around an hour, I got an SMS stating that my order was rejected. On Zomato App, it mentioned that the customer was not available at the address and not reachable on phone! This was a lie, because I was waiting for the order at the address and no one had come to my place to deliver food. I chatted with Zomato customer service immediately and they said the order could not be delivered because I am unavailable, and they couldn't give a refund either! I told them that I am certainly available, and it has been just over an hour since the order placement, so I demanded them to deliver the food, but they refused saying that the order has been closed in their database. They asked me to email their customer service with the concern, which I did immediately, but there has been no further action on this matter.

I suspect this is some sort of fraud action from the side of Zomato where they attempt no delivery after getting the payment, and then pocket the money without refunding.

When trying to order food online through zomato it says my online ordering of food is blocked and does not say the reason why it is blocked.

Kindly let me know the reason and please unblock the account for
online ordering.

Ive orderd food from firangi bake, i waited for the past 1.30 hrs and i still dint get ma order, i calld the restaurant and thy dint pick up at all. I called them lyk 22 times and thy dint pick up at all, the zomato agent did not respond properly too. I DINT GET A REFUND NOR MY FOOD ORDER. PLZ DO TAKE ACTION.
I ordered some eatable but my order wasn't delivered as they could not find the address which was mentioned by me rather they trusted the location which was auto generated, they didn't bothered to find the correct address as the payment was made online. Now neither I got my order nor did my money was refunded. What shall I do
I have ordered food of inr 205.00 from annapoorna andhra restaurant, due to delay than expected.

I have tried contacting zones support team via chat in zomato app, but they didn't responded.

Please take necessary action to refund the money.

Req no 20293202 we have payment in advance but delivery boy not delivered the order saying that phone is out of reach, but we have given the full address already
