Zomato — amount debited twice and no food is received

I have order today from kevinters my amount was debited twice and no food was received. When i checked my order status it was showing that self pickup has been chosen. I tried to contact both zomato delivery partner and keventers but zomato do not have the contact number and chat was not responded properly and keventers was not receiving the call. After sometime without picking up the order both order has been marked the picked up. I try to contact zomato chat support several times but they were very unprofessional and they stop chat without closing the words with me and i try to open it many times but no proper response has been received. I ordered my food at 8 o'clock and at 12 o'clock at night they are asking me to go and receive the food. I ask them to delay refund the one food order amount and the other order i will pick up by tomorrow but they are not ready for anything. I request refund my order amount
