Zomato — amount deducted but order did not received

I had ordered food from zomato.. i had placed order and payment made by online mode... they refuse to send order as well as refund money..customer care Executive call me and he talked in rudely manner.. they cheat so many customers.. so kindly try to resolve my complaint.. i have only 200rs and feel very hungry... then they didnt send order.. try to understand the problem of bachelors
