[Resolved] Zomato — amount deducted from my debit card but order not delivered | |||||
Hi, I placed an order on friday night (13/4/18) around 9:45pm online to handi junction (Noida). After applying promo code a total sum of rs. 173.25 was deducted from my card but i received no conformation about my order. I called handi junction thrice and every time they told me that they didn't receive my order. I had to place a direct order again for which the food was delivered and i had to pay 238rs.in cash. On zomato portal it was showing that order was not through because of payment problem though the amount was dedudcted. My details are as follow- Swapnil johri 12th avenue gaur city2, greater noida P. Verified Support Apr 19, 2018 Zomato Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Mam, Upon receipt of the complainant, we reached out to the complainant and informed that the order was not processed as it went through a payment gateway failure. We informed the complainant that his money will be reflected back in his account within 6 to 7 business days. | |||||

I have send n number of requests & email's to Zomato online order email address.. I have requested them to send order summary in PDF format. From 25th march to 1st April, as we need to submit the claims for these bills ASAP.
Did not receive any response till date
