Zomato — amount deducted/ no order placed

I made a online order on 25 november with sbi netbanking. The amount debited from my account, but order was not placed. I checked the bank, my transaction was successful. I didn't get the status of the order also. It was hanged. Moreover i cannot access support in the zomato app.
Second time facing this problem.
