[Resolved] Zomato — bad and rude customer service | |||
I wanted a refund for a poor quality food and also late delivery. Customer service was rude and unresponsive. They did not refund. I'm taking this to court. Pathetic service. Its been two days now and the response is the same that we can't do anything.. I'm a treat member of zomato and they still don't care. They are just looting your money. Never recommended zomato even to my enemy.. Cheats. Frauds. Loots.. Don't deserve to be in food delivery industry... Was this information helpful? | |||
