Zomato — bad delivery of chicken club sub. not expected of subway standard. | |
Ordered a foot long chicken club sub & it was not as per order list of items i had asked for. It had no proper veggies, sauces, & cheese, overall it was very very dry, & not as per standards of subway worldwide. This sub was ordered from the subway in dahisar west, mumbai. My order wasplaced at 2251hrs through zomato. Now when i contacted the store the attendant was very blunt & uncourteous & said to contact zomato as they would do the refund. As i see it the sub was prepared by subway & zomato was only delivering the sub. I would like some action to be taken as this is something to do with the standard of subway, & a refund for the same to me. Was this information helpful? | |

Order Number: [protected] was rejected by Zomato. On 10th December 2019, I selected the auto location detect option while ordering food but unfortunately system pick some other location. And the food never reached to me. Later Zomato rejected the order and No refund given to me. Delivery was picked up by kothuru Navven : [protected].
