Zomato — bad experience

We placed our order at 5 o’clock in the afternoon and we have recieved a feedback almost three hours that the order is not placed because you guys cannot reach my number cannot be delivered. This is unacceptable and a very bad service from you guys to think that zomato is one of the biggest names when in comes to this. By the way this is not the first time that we encountered a problem with you so please get your act together. This is so disappointing!!!
