Zomato — bad order | |||||
Zomato has been indifferent lately with their customer services for the late night orders. I have had 5 bad orders in a row. Most of them are orders placed late night. So for this particular order number [protected], i had ordered from Healthie via zomato, the rice was uncooked. The zomato chat support gave me a number that was unavailable. And when i was able to reach them later in the day, i was informed by the restaurant manager Stanley that i call Zomato and do a con-call and he will process the refund. When i called Shivam, the customer service executive, he was not able to reach the number for the restaurant and later started accusing me saying that 5 bad orders in a row is not possible in a city like Mumbai. I told him I had sent proofs/pictures to the chat support for the faulty orders and all the orders had discrepancies. He accused me of tampering with the food and insisted that all the faulty orders were made-up. I tried to tell him that I had no reason to do such things and I genuinely had got faulty orders. In frustration i thanked him and hung up. The customer service agent, instead of providing a liable solution, blocked me from the app instead. Shivam was the name of the agent. If you guys can get hold of the recorded conversation, it would be great. Enough proof of how ungrateful and ruthless this man was. Requesting you to take necessary action against this agent in particular. And also unblock my Zomato account so that I can avail my refund for the bad order.
