Zomato — bad quality item delivered | |||||
I had placed an order on the zomato platform for 3 items from hotel gowdru mane, yeswantpur, bangalore. (Order id[protected]. One of the items was a simple dish — dal fry. The restaurant is fairly close to my place. After delivery, we found that the dal fry was old and stale. We had to throw it away. I contacted the restaurant on +[protected], told them about the bad quality dish and asked for a replacement. They told me that they were ready to send a fresh item but the delivery boy is from zomato and that they do not have their own delivery boys. I would request zomato to warn the restaurant about this and also arrange a refund of the amount to my account. T. A.
