Zomato — billing problem | |||||
Hi i am wasim khan, I have ordered food from zomato several times, but from past few days i am asking my food bills from zomato and they are daily saying next 24 to 48hrs you will get the bills on your email id, but still didn't get my bills, if zomato is loyal and legal why they are delaying to send me my food bills, I thought zomato is focusing on money making but not in customer relationship making. This is very unprofessional things what zomato is doing with me. Very very poor service zomato. Was this information helpful? | |||||
