Zomato — cancel my order and deducted my money too and not refunding it | |||||
Hello, I made order on 31/12/2018 and my order no on zomato is "[protected]" after ordering my money has been deducted from my account but order was cancelled by zomato. I made requst from zomato to refund my money but alredy 6 days has been passed on but i have not recived my money back. So many time i used to chat with zomato consumer number but they took no steps for this, Just before this order i also order daal with zomato but they delivered me food with lot of spicy material that i couldnt eat it and at that time my ordered money of rs 106 was also going waste. So every time zomato plays with consumer and unable to resolve any problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Today at 9:52 pm i placed a order, money has been deducted from my card.but order has not been placed in the lotus hotel in uppal.i want immediate response for my problem.all costumer care numbers are also temporarily blocked.

I have already made payment through debit card but I didn't get order confirmation and the amount has been deducted from my account
Even though I have ordered many times from my location but today I heard a [censored] from valet that "we don't deliver inside village so send I am on main road send someone to get it, '' after one hr of ordering I can to this situation..

Two times they cancelled my orders and didn't make refund... completely denying the right even in second time delivery boy was in front of me and refused to deliver he said your order has been cancelled when I ask him to cancel the cancellation he talked to his company but consumer care refused to deliver and said to block my account.
