Zomato — cancellation fee charged within 5 minutes

I ordered one food item from one of the restaurants available on zomato. I added the items in the cart and by mistake pressed order now option. I went to the support section just after i realized that the order got placed, told them that i want this order to be cancelled. As requested they cancelled my order but refused to give me any refund. Just within 5 minutes they refused to refund because according to them once the order is placed the money cannot br refunded. I want to ask if that refund is not available for cancellations in all situations, why do they even have a cancel option there. A dupport executive even false promised me that the money would be refunded within 2 days but still i have not received any response.
