[Resolved]  Zomato — cancellation of order and refund

I had ordered food at KFC through Zomato. I paid Rs 514 online for the order. After sometime the KFC restaurant at Saket called me up to tell me that my order had been cancelled because my area was out of their area of reach and the food was not delivered. When I asked them for refund, they told me to contact Zomato. Since last four days, I have sent two mails to Zomato. They say that they will revert to me earliest but no one has either contacted me nor my refund has yet been credited. When I tried to contact on the customer care numbers, they came to be unreachable / non existing.
