Zomato — cancellations of my order after payment also | |||
I already paid for my order but their is system issue so zomato did cancellation but its my amount i need my refund because its not my mistake its zomato company mistake as customer policy you should not take amount from customer pocket of your system mistake, if it is my mistake i will leave but its not my mistake they din't deliver because of wrong location but i gave the exact details in written of my location with landmark. I am raising the complaint that the service is worst and i was a loyal customer before using with my parents mail id to order food. This is not the right process because i dint get food also and i dint get my amount also, how is this a right policy. Was this information helpful? | |||
