Zomato — charged money in failed order | |
I placed an order for 654 from zomato at 1:25 am with a guest customer, (Not log in) the payment l made was through net banking icici bank. The loading page after clicking pay from my net banking page took time more than expected. And the error pops up showing the web page has an error. But the money from my bank got debited. I called the zomato customer care no, contact no but none pick up. If this is how the zomato process thne i am really sorry to took up order that i need from the wrong place. But i refund is an option and zomato can refund it asap then my ranking toward zomato still in that top level. Thanks anyway..

Your employee was really dangerous and rude to the customer, he called me 30 mins after i placed thw order and what happened he was saying he couldn't find the given address that i provided and he demanded to cancel the order but there's no refund, i lost my 400 rupees please do something on this
