[Resolved] Zomato — cheating - please refund my money | |||
- at 10.30 pm i ordred for biryani from lucky restaurant and paid from paytm against order no #ztd18b9d36ed49d65f.. I kept on calling the delievery person but he refused to coinfirm the deleievry time... After 90 minutes got a call from lucky and they said the zomato person has refused delievery and hence we can send provided you make the payment in cash.. I tried calling zomato but no success.. Also written on chat no... Finally i had to pay lucky delievery boy to take the delevery.. Can you please help me with the refund and take action againt the person name raju which was apearing on my phone.. Except a immedlade resoltion of the same. To my surpise the zomato person calling me and asking that food is delievered??? This is nothing but cheating... Was this information helpful? | |||
