[Resolved] Zomato — cheesecake | |||
Last saturday i ordered a cheesecake pastry, entire ring. Delivery boy got the pastries smashed. I asked him to take the order back which he refused saying that's not our policy and asked to raise a complaint instead. Its been 7 days, forget about resolution zomato has not even acknowledged my mail. I have send them the picture. Needless to say my experience with zomato compared to swiggy or ubereats has been most pathetic. I have decided never to order from them again Was this information helpful? | |||
