This is regarding order no [protected], I participated in the "Cricket" prediction offer. Before prediction, I rate the food, then after some time. I tried to predict the match but link of the same disappeared and unable to predict the game.
I raised the question to the concern
person of
Zomato thru chatting link, but
person sitting there is unable to help me to provide the link again or give me cash back as the error occurs at
Zomato end.
There is no mentioned in terms and conditions that. If rate the food then the game prediction link will be disappear.
I request you to kindly compensate me as I am unable to predict / participate in the game due to technical issues of
Zomato.
The chatting summery is also enclosed for your reference.

ZOMATO mentioned that "
ZOMATO has the right to use our "RATINGS" without compensation and some other general terms.
Actually your technical team clubbed two different things in a single link:
1st is rating of the order/food and 2nd is contest participation.
I rated the order/food and submitted my thoughts about the particular order and not participated in the contest till then.
Actually my participation in that contest is still pending due to technical error from
Zomato side, and the same was accepted the
person to whom I was chat first in this regard (screen shot enclosed for your reference).
I know only one thing that the, I was not participated in the offer due the technical error of the
Zomato so
Zomato is liable to compensate for this.
if you can compensate, then please do the needful, else escalate the matter to the senior officials of the
Zomato or provide me the contact detail, Email ID etc of the senior officials of the
ZOMATO so that I can escalate the matter from my side.
now I only demands:
1. compensation or
2. written apology letter from
ZOMATO in this regards
I hope the
ZOMATO customer service will help me by either way.

Zomato's terms and condition point no XI, is anywhere mentioned that "if the participator rate the food/order first then the offer participation link will be disappeared"
My COMPLAINT IS THAT THE OFFER PARTICIPATION LINK WAS DISAPPEARED WITHOUT MY ACTUAL PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER "CRICKET"
