Zomato — complaint money is deducted but order and is not accepted not result showing by zomato

Can you please do the needful as money is deducted from my account but as order is not accepted.

Amount # 131.60

While connect with chat than i dont get any answer.

Below is my order details and also shocked that order date is -30. Nov.2017 how it is possible, as there is not starting of zomato services
