[Resolved] Zomato — delayed delivery | |||||
The customer service people at zomato are of the view they don't owe anything for a delayed delivery by their partner restaurant even if the restaurant promises an on time delivery or cashback. The partner restaurant offered a 45min delivery timeline and we ordered from there because we needed food on time. The order was delivered more than an hour later and then the zomato customer support instead of helping me get the delayed delivery compensation told me that they will share the feedback with the restaurant and no compensation is possible also there is no timeline that when will the restaurant respond.
