Zomato — delivered a spoiled order and not providing a refund. | |
I ordered a cake from zomato and received a spoiled (Rotten) cake. I contacted them on chat support but, they are not giving a refund. They are telling me that our team will solve your problem and contact you but, i have not received any mail from them. It has been three days. All they do is to repeat the same line over and over again. "we have to communicate with the restaurant. Our team will get back to you." three days and they have not contacted the restaurant regarding the same. I want a refund zomato. This is not the first time i am facing this issue. I was placing the order and it stopped due to 502 bad gateway error but they deducted from my bank account my zomato account number is [protected].

I have ordered an item from just bake by payment. I didn't get order. It is showing as delivered in orders.

I ordered food and made payment but they mentioned delivered to someone else & refused to refund. i called multiple times but my complaint was rejected and call disconnected. I was treated very badly.
