Zomato — delivery executives grievances | |||
Delivery executives are facing challenges as they aren't getting sufficient orders to fulfill during the day through which they can feed their families. Today i.e. 16th Sep, 2019 around 8:15 pm i've met an executive yelling at Zomato's customer care executive very badly for not receiving sufficient orders in a day. As per him he has just earned 80 to 100 bucks in a whole day where his colleagues were receiving min of 15 to 16 orders in a day where as he has just fulfilled only 5 orders in whole day which inturn gave him only 80 bucks which actually is an insufficient amount to feed anyone's family of even two people. I must say that Zomato must role out with a scheme of minimum pay to every delivery executive so that every executive can feed his or her family every day. No delivery guy can put efforts to get more deliveries on his own as the app get's him the order. Similarly no customer can choose a delivery executive on his own as the app decides to which delivery executive any order would be landing. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Shiv Bhan Maurya I am Zomato employee I have transferred 6800 RS in an other Zomato I'd by mistake and he is accepting he got this money in Zomato I'd I am tired to connect Zomato office and company no nobody help me I have no any option for this please guide me how to take reffund my diposit money in my Zomato I'd or account
