Zomato — did not deliver the complete order and blocked my account when reported the same to zomato customer care

I had ordered from a restaurant called baba chatkura on 31st May 2019 on Zomato. They did not deliver the complete order. I reported the same to customer care. They said I will get refund by the end of the day. But the next day my zomato account was blocked. My gold usage was blocked. Mailed the customer care a 100 times. No response. Called the customer care, yet there is no response. I do not know what fraud they are trying to do by not refunding 200rs and blocking gold account. I don't ever think I will resubscribe gold.
