Zomato — Did not follow instructions

I ordered my lunch on 19th Feb and as always instructed that I am allergic to green coriander and not to put that. The food came and with a lot of green coriander in that.I was hungry and without realizing that it had coriander, I ate that food with coriander and got rashes on my body, can Share the doc prescription also.I started chatting with the guy on the Zomato APP and he just told me there's nothing he can do, and it is on the restaurant if they want to follow the instructions or not. i have the chat screenshots also. who takes ownership of the customer? Zomato does not clearly. Now they have not got to me even when i raised it to their Sr team member.
