Zomato — didn't received my order

Today I ordered one pineapple cake and paying money online but I didn't received my order but Zomato supplier boy wrote online that he deliverd that order .i tried to call him but his phone was switch off.I have lost my money. I try to chat with zomato customer care but the chat site didn't open .i try to make a call to customers care for complaining regarding my order but they didnot received my call.
