Zomato — dominos cancelled the order due to unavailability but zomato gave no refund

I placed an order for a pizza from dominos through zomato app, the pizza i ordered wasnt available at the dominos outlet at that moment and they called me to change the order or cancel it, i told them to cancel it, they told me they cancelled the order, but on zomato app i was still seeing that the food is in the kitchen for an hour or more, then later it said that it has been delivered, while i didnt receive any order neither did i get any refund.
