Zomato Food Delivery — order processed without promo code | |||
While ordering food using zomato app, the order got processed & deducted amount directly without applying promo code as shown earlier, hence i had to cancel the order immediately within one minute. The order was canceled but without a refund. I contacted the support team & requested them but there was no one helping to refund & reprocess order with earlier payment. Hence while using any online app, we get a reconfirmation option or alert before the final payment to check the payment details & confirm the payment, but in the zomato app, there is no such option provided. Finally, we are without food & the amount was also refunded. Hence request to file a complaint & get the refund amount back. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
