Zomato — food items missing from my order | |||||
Today i ordered 4 burgers and 3 other items from New burger bits hotel. Paid bill online of 410. I received only 1 burger. I called the zomato delivery guy and he said its the mistake of hotel owner. I called the hotel, they said its the mistake of zomato. Called all customer care numbers, to no avail. Feel dejected. Please call me for more details. I had the same experience. One of my food item was missing. They don't agree to cancel/return that order. How can someone consume incomplete order.
