Zomato — food not delivered and money got deducted | |||||
I have ordered food online from Zomato and my money got deducted. After sometime, I realised that it is more than 45 minutes and my order did not get delivered.When I went back and checked, my order got rejected.When I reached their chat they don't have any resolution. No food and my money is deducted. These people are not resolving my problem and there is no message that my order got rejected and there is no message about my refund. Indeed they are simply saying to order from another restaurant and asking them to understand.I have been waiting for 2 hours and there is no sympathy from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
