I placed an order with kfc but the order was declined from the restaurant and the reason given for the same was: your cell was not reachable and i was charged 703.55 inr and when i asked the chat support executive about the address provided then he said that the address was not exact. However when i placed the order again for the same address it get delivered successfully.in this case how come the second time they got the address right.
Secondly, when i mailed them the below description:
Whenever my cell is not reachable and someone tries calling me at that time then when my cell finds network i get a message saying that this number tried calling you at that time.in my case i did not get any such message till now. If possible kindly provide me the screen shot of the delivery boy's cell phone as a proof that he tried calling me.
They again gave me the same old stuff that you were not reachable and you were charged for the canceled food as per their new policy. They are not even ready to provide proofs. Was this information helpful? |
