[Resolved] Zomato — food ordered was not delivered, but money deducted | |||||
Ordered food yesterday, 14/08/18 on zomato from arsalan, taratala at 10:03 pm. paid via debit card. though money got deducted, but food was not delivered. yet zomato app is showing delivered at 10:38. customer care no. available on internet is invalid. how can such a big company have no proper complain or helpline number. Waited for dinner just to see delivered on the app, and not receive the food. Realy disappointed. I need refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
