Hi, This is regarding the order i've placed on zomato and the first time the delivery guy came after an hour and after reaching the zomato customer service they told my issue would be resolved but no one responded it's been 3 weeks now and now i placed another order from just shawarma and the quality was bad i have sent the pictures it's been 10 5 days and have not got a single response. When ever i ask they tell me to wait and that is all that i receive from the service centre. They have even stopped replying to my messages.
