Zomato — fraud, no cancel, policy, no services payment is not transferable

There no standard payment process if you link your paytm wallet with zomato. Payment is deducted automatically from paytm wallet without any confirmation either from zomato or paytm side. After than no cancled policy or return back policy at both side zomato and paytm. So during payment there no tranfarancy provided to customer about term and condition. Very poor and pethatic service by zomato.
