[Resolved] Zomato — grievance for query resolution-2341916 | |||
In ref. To above subject, we have ordered via zomato having order id-[protected]. After receiving the food, we find in stale condition and not suitable for human consumption. We then raised query on zomato support and without providing any further assistance, i was informed to mail the said query on reg mail-id. As per the requirement we have done the mailing process and generated id-2341916 and today they were asking for photo of stale food. As per normal process either the food is consumed if fresh or else thrown into dustbin. Zomato instea asking for 4 days back stale food photo for monetary compensation. Further zomato support on the day of order did mot allow to sent picture and now for non-refund of the stale food items, zomato at its own discretion asked for photos. It seems zomato is not looking towards grievance of customer by first not taking ownership for providing stale food. Afterwards asking irrelevant photo which has no connection to determine whether food is stale or not. We once again in the interest of customer submits that kindly process refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
