Zomato — i am complaining about delivery late, non-veg meal, and not solving my issue | |||
I am extremely disappointed with zomato. I am using zomato for a long time now. I was quite happy with the service but today what happen which has shaken my trust in zomato. 1st order: Restaurant: gurukrupa paratha house Order number: [protected] Date: november 30, 2018 at 07:57 pm Location: bangalore 2nd order: Restaurant: eat. Fit Order number: [protected] Date: march 19, 2019 at 12:26 pm Location: bangalore I am pure vegetarian and i do not allow any egg or non. Veg products in my house. Today again they deliver wrong order and i also raised complaint for the same but they did not provide any support to me. I am reaching again and again to customer service team and but they do not bothered to reply. I don know what they are doing? I believe that they have not right to break or disrespect my belief in this way. I want to share this experience with all zomato users, so they will be aware of such possible encounters. I really feel pity for an organisation like zomato. Sorry but you have lost one of your valuable customers today. Was this information helpful? | |||
