Zomato — I am complaining about zomato customer support executive etiquettes.

I am mohit, i have seen an offer on a restaurant called 'taco ice cream'and offer name was bogo but while i open that restaurant there is no bogo tag on any item.
So, i contacted to zomato chat support and my chat got started with an executive but that person was not able to help me.
I asked my issue to that person and he/she asked me to share a screenshot for the same.
When i clicked on camera icon it was not showing me an option to go to gallery to select that screenshot.
Then i informed the same to that person and then he/she asked me that zomato does not have that option to take attachments.
It feels like that person was making fun of me.
After that i asked then why did u asked me to share the screenshot then he/she did not replied back for around 15 minutes.
This is such a harassment of a customer from a brand support side.
I need a resolution for the same and i want a strict action to be taken for that or i want compensation for that harassment.
I have also shared 2 attachments for the same.
One if that offer and another one is in which that agent did not replied me for more than 15 minutes.
