Zomato — I complained for bad behaviour of zomato customer service but my account has been banned.
I ordered something and due to bad packing I asked for a partial refund, I was given refund in credits. But when I was complaining, the customer support heard me for more than 2 hrs and then they changed the person and asked me to explain everything again, I still have the conversation's screenshots. They refunded me after proving me wrong for 3hrs and they blocked me from Zomato.
Instead of taking action on customer support person they removed me from Zomato.
