Zomato — I didn't receive the food delivery | |||
My name is kevin and i'm a regular zomato customer staying in new delhi. I have a serious issue to report, it all happened on 10th may, when at 10'22pm i placed an order through your app to roomali garg restaurant, the order was confirmed and payment had been made by me through paytm app. My order was running late and i called the assigned delivery, his name is kishore and this is his phone number [protected]. I tried to contact him but he didn't pick up the call, after a while i messaged zomato support but they did not respond to me. After a while the delivery guy is changed (Ashish, phone number - [protected] and he comes up to deliver the food at my place after 2 long hr. Meanwhile i ask people from zomato support to cancel my order but the don't even respond to my messages. At this point i feel cheated by zomato and i refuse to accept the delivery by agent. I spoke to the delivery guy about the issue and told him to cancel the order, he said to me that the order has will be cancelled and he went back, but after a while i get notification that my food has been delivered to me. I tried to address this issue to your support chat but they are not at all helpful and understanding my problem instead asking thumbs up from me. This is lack of professionalism from there side. I have proof of everything that has happened and will send it to you. Please take this matter seriously as it is unethical behaviour from your side that i have to wait 2hr for food. I want to take this matter to higher authority as it has cost me my money and i feel that you will understand my situation and do the needful. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
