Zomato — I have not received refund after cancellation the item | |||
Dear sir, I have ordered an item of rs 172 on 15/10/2018. Then, i have called to this company and request about cancellation within 2 minute. But he has said that no any order found against you. After 5 minutes i have redail the same number and requested, then he said that process are started against your order and i m can't cancel this. After third request, i have recieved a call from a number[protected] about cancellation. And confirm the cancel. I satisfied that he will be refund the same amount to my paytm wallet.
