Zomato — incomplete order but money deducted and having not refunded yet

I have not received the refund of the money that was deducted from my account as the order was incomplete due to some technical problems. Although it was showing incomplete transaction it has deducted rs.200. I made the order through zomato on 14.05.2019 at 6.12 p. M. And my order number is [protected]. Please do the needful so that i can get my refund asap.

Zomato has locked my account, because I was genuine about the quality of the food, as I always call a spade spade, thr were instances were I complained about the quality of food, so in return they locked my account.
We have placed an order in yesterday night.
Order number [protected] for the amount 174.22/-. It got deducted but order is not placed. Could you please check and revert on the same.
