[Resolved] Zomato — incomplete order delivered | |||
I had ordered icecream from zomato but it was missing one icecream cone and deliver person told to talk to zomato or vadilal about it. And he just went. I want a refund to this or else deliver the incomplete order. Therr customer service is slow. They dont have toll free number. Even vadilal outlet didn't have there own number. Oct 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The Zomato Rider had went to Vadilal and that outlet owner had given refund to my paytm account for the cone. Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
