Zomato — incorrect item delivered by a hotel (usmania hotel-mumbai) | |||
I had placed an order via zomato on saturday, 25/5/2019. The order comprised of 2x full steamed rice, 1 chana masala and 1 chicken stew. I was provided vatana wet bhaji instead of chana masala. I forwarded the attached images to zomato care and they reply advising the correct item was delivered. This is ridiculous. The hotel in question finds vatana and chana as the same. Additionally, zomato also thinks the same way. It appears zomato is only here to deliver food, they don't care what they deliver. It won't be surprising, if a person orders dahi and instead receives lassi. Ridiculous service Was this information helpful? | |||
