Zomato — inferior quality of food | |||
I ordered some food through order id [protected] dt 6th october 2018 and as i received the order i found that total order is a waste. It was not in consumable form and i had to throw all the stuff in garbage. I attached three photos also for your reference. All pizza stuffing is stuck up to their box, honey chilli potato is almost a waste as it contains no vegetables and last but not the least veg manchurian is in liquid form as i ordered dry one. I immediately ping you on support tab and they assured me that they will do something regarding this. I called up restaurant staff he said sorry again and again. But zomato didn't refund any amount to me in fact they know the order is of inferior quality. I ping on support tab and they regularly assured me they take up the matter to concerned department but no action has been taken yet. I don't know cherry'n and i ordered through zomato but this time you had looted me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had placed a order then paid it via my debit card the money was debited from my account but the Zomato app showed no order placed, and they also dont have any helpline number, I also sent them a mail describing the same but still no response please help me. And i request Zomato to add a consumer helpline number to their app.

Since the amount is paid I can't cancel this too.
When called resuarent it seems delivery boy is not picking up my order from restaurant.
