Zomato — irresponsible behaviour of zomato executive, illogical penalty | |||||
I am regular customer of zomato app as i order thrice in a day through online delivery. I had mistakenly placed an order in chawla chicken restaurant and initiated cancellation of the same in the same minute itself through chat box, even informed the dilevery guy about cancellation, also i tried calling to the restaurant but nobody picked up the call... After 10-15 minutes zomato person is saying to me that you have to take the order and even after cancellation we will charge you the same amount of your order... Whenever you order next in zomato... I had a huge fight on phone regarding this illogical penalty and out of anger i had cancel the order and even after that i am getting the message that you have to pay the amount as fine because the restaurant had made the order in the meantime... That's what i was telling them to cancel the order and i can't understand how the restaurant had completed my order in 15 minutes and it was ready thats a cheat that zomato is playing with customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
