Zomato — items missing in my order and despite lot of emails and promises, no resolution | |||
Date[protected] Client - zomato Description - i ordered food item worth inr 217 from zomato. But, the order which i received - one of the key ingredients 'sweet' was missing. I reported this at the point of delivery. Zomato customer care said that they will resolve this. I asked them either they can give me the missing item asap or they can take back the order and refund the amount or properly compensate as the item became cold. I didn't get resolution that day and the order was a waste. Order id: [protected] Zomato complaint id - 2217206 After that, despite sending so many emails and chat, i still haven't received any resolution. Customer care keep saying please wait for 2 hours and after that they will send an email saying 'feedback has been shared with the restaurant'. They are just making fools out of the customers. I am so frustrated because of this and have wasted a lot of time. I will request you to look into this matter. It's not just about money, its the immense frustration that the customer care has given to me.
